United have been providing group tours for us for over 5 years. Using their online ticket booking system is extremely easy and their all-inclusive prices with Luxury coach transportation, fees included for entrances and blue badge tour guides are extremely good value for money.
United Minibuses & Coaches were fantastic in providing us with 4 coaches for our yearly summer trip to Oxford. Overall the ease of booking, customer service and quality of vehicles was excellent.
We use United Minibuses & Coaches on a regular basis for their Corporate Hire. We were pleasantly surprised at United’s quality of vehicles but also the fact that for every job we receive our own dedicated ‘Operations Manager’ who deals with all aspects of the booking.
Having heard about United Minibuses & Coaches through a work colleague, we opted to book the Luxury 19 seater Executive Minibus. The standard of the vehicle was fantastic, including onboard Wi-fi, bottled water, leather seats and we even got to watch a movie en-route. Overall 10/10 for quality and customer service.
Last year we contacted United Minibuses & Coaches as we needed 2 Coaches and a Minibus to take us to Edinburgh from Brighton. As United Minibuses & Coaches operate on a 24 hour basis we were able to get the emergency cover we needed relatively quickly for a 2am call! The Operations Manager allocated vehicles to pick us up within 30 minutes. The coach drivers were very friendly and stopped for breaks when we needed.
